After pick up from your location, you will be straight head to Kuala Ganda Elephant Conservation Center which is located in Lanchang. Apart from the many FELDA projects in agriculture and rubber and palm oil plantations, this is the main attraction of this small town. You will also drive past aboriginal bamboo sheds and their relocated houses. These elephants have been displaced due to continued poaching and logging for urban and agricultural development in the area. This method of protection was initially adopted to protect the species and to take care of them before releasing them into the wild. Malaysian wildlife also promotes their advocacy and conservation efforts to gain support. Participate in the activity and be amazed by these magnificent creatures to roam around the shelter safely.
