All booking must indicate the guest’s full name, passport/ID, and nationality for our tracking purpose.

Any cancellation to be notify by email at least Thirty (30) working days prior to arrival. Otherwise, full length stay will be charged.

In the event of: NO SHOW & SHORTEN STAY, full length of stay will be charged.

Minimum of 40% payment from the total charge is required to secure the booking.

Full payment is required to be made thirty (31) days prior to the arrival date.

Promotion rates is NOT REFUNDABLE.

Last minute booking (1-7 days before arrival) only accept local bank transfer, the fund must reflect in our bank account before guest arrive.
