- Assemble at Recreation and Diva Centre for a short briefing
- Depart for Beach Snorkeling Trip at Lang Tengah Island

- All booking must indicate the guest’s full name, passport/ID and nationality for our tracking purpose.
- Any cancellation to be notified by email at least Thirty (30) working days before arrival. Otherwise, the full-length stay will be charged.
- In the event of NO SHOW & SHORTEN STAY, the full length of stay will be charged.
- Minimum of 30% payment from the total charge is required to secure the booking.
- Full payment is required to be made thirty (31) days prior to the arrival date.
- Promotion rates are NOT-REFUNDABLE
- Last-minute booking (1-7 days before arrival) only accept local bank transfer, the fund must reflect in our bank account before guest arrive
- Any amendment or postponement of arrival date after full payment will not be entertained.

- 40 days or more from travelling dates: 100% Deposit
- 30 to 39 days from the travelling date: 50% from package price
- 30 days from travelling dates: 100% from package price

- REDANG ISLAND to SHAHBANDAR JETTY: 07.00 AM & 12.30 PM

- Sari Pacifica Resort & Spa Redang Island - Boutique Hotel operates on strict arrival check-in and check-out policy.

- Check-In Time: 1500 hours onwards

- Check-Out Time: 1000 hours

- If check-out is beyond 1000 hours, an additional for Late Check-out RM50 per Hour for Country Villa, RM60/hour for Lagoon Villa and RM80/hour for Seafront Villa will be imposed after 10:00 AM up to 01:00 PM.

- Latest time of arrival is 1800 hours on the booking date, failing which, your booking is deemed cancelled. We shall reserve our absolute rights to re-sell the room to our guest(s) without further notice to you.
