FAQs

- Non-refundable or Non-transferable deposit of RM 100nett per person upon booking confirmed
- Infant age from 0 years – 3 years old (2017-2020) are FOC for the package. However, return ferry ticket RM 30 are imposed with effective from 01 Mar 2020.
- Tourism Tax MYR 10 per room per night will impose to all foreign tourist with effective from 01 Sept 2017. Premises owner (Redang Beach Resort & Hotel Sentral Kuala Terengganu) will collect from guest upon check-in. *Tourism Tax will be exempted from 01Jul2020-30Jun2021*

- In line with the official requirements and best practices, we are doing our part in providing and promoting a safe environment, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the Resort.
- Snorkelling & Diving activities are allowed, advised guest bring their own snorkel, regulator & mouthpiece.
- No buffet meals, meals will be served as set meals.
- Live Band & Disco party are not allowed during the RMCO period.
- All guest are required to bring their own face masks.
- Children & senior citizen are not encouraged to travel. But there are no restrictions for parents or family member under the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act but be responsible. “The safety of your family is your responsibility”.
