Important Notice
Boat schedule (Once a day only) the journey takes between 45 mins to 70 mins - Speed boat: Merang Jetty to Island: 10.00 am Only and Island to Merang Jetty: 12:00 pm Only
Itinerary and package content is subject to last-minute changes due to weather or operational issue.
Activity stated is provided on a complimentary basis, no refund will be made for cancellation of activities due to weather or operational issue.
Child aged between 4 years old and 11 years old (based on year of birth) is entitled to the child rate.
Infant below 4 years old (based on year of birth) is free of charge.
Please be inform that there be a daily 3 hours power cut-off from 3.00 pm-6.00 pm for the off-peak months of February, March, and October
There will be 24 hours of electricity from April to September unless due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances
Terms & Conditions
Once your booking has been completed, a Confirmation Number will be issued which you should print. You should present this reference number upon check-in at the Resort, together with proof of your identity (NRIC/Passport) at the point of check-in.
Any amendment of arrival dates/number of room(s) of your booking MUST be done 14 days before your scheduled check-in date.
If amendment made within 14 days before your scheduled check-in date, Resort reserves the rights to amend your room rates according to prevailing room rates and additional charges may apply.
Any cancellation of your booking MUST be done 72 hours before your scheduled check-in date. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of your 1st night rates will be charged.
Any changes regarding the date, room category, duration of stay of your booking will require you to cancel your initial booking and re-book.
