- nice place to stay. my mom like the hot shower - staffs are friendly and helpful. good services - near food stall and shopping area like Jakel, Mydin & Sogo -will be back again next time

Very Clean, Helpful Staff, surprisingly beyond expectations. Near to shopping mall like Sogo, Jakel , Mydin and Lulu Hypermarket. Will come and stay at Palace Hotel Kuala lumpur again.
