Safety Terms & Conditions- Children under the age of 12 years old are not allowed for Suites, Studios and Cottages.
- Variations in steepness or terrain, including but not limited to ground conditions as they exist or may change, whether natural or as a result of slope design.
- No wheelchair access / No baby trolleys/ pushchairs are allowed.
- We do not accept extra guest – we reserved the right to reject a booking if the number of guests exceeds the max number of pers booked. Cancellation fees then apply as per cancellation policy.
Cancellation PolicyFor cancellations giving less than 14 (fourteen) days’ notice (prior check-in date & time), for a ‘no show’ or cancellation during confirmed stay dates, cancellation fee will be the full amount of the total accommodation booked.
