Children aged 0-3 and are 0cm-90cm tall can enter free of charge (must meet both requirements)
Seniors aged 60+ can purchase the child ticket as your entry ticket

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
Children aged 0-11 must be supervised at all times
Guests are solely responsible for their own belongings
Kindly note that there is a RM100 charge to switch from a local Malaysian ticket to a foreign national ticket for wrong purchases
The management of Sunway Lagoon will take strict action against anyone found reselling Sunway Lagoon tickets or wristbands
A maximum number of 10 tickets is allowed per traveling group. If you book more than 10 tickets per group, you will risk having your ticket rejected at the counter

Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

You will receive confirmation of your booking instantly via email. Once receive the confirmation , our team will contact via WhatsApp or call using the registered number during the booking. We will sent a voucher which to redeem at the counter for wristband

No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
No refunds will be given due to rides closure or inclement weather

For foreign nationals, please present a proof of identity at the time of redemption

For tour group: Sunway Lagoon Surf Beach entrance's ticket counter 6
Locker (multiple use): Claim your locker access at the Surf Beach, Nickelodeon Lost Lagoon, or Zulu Walk area only
Double tube rental: Claim your tube at any tube rental counters inside the park
Meal voucher: Redeem your meal vouchers at any Sunway Lagoon's food and beverage outlets

Sunway Lagoon opens from 10am - 6:00pm on Monday to Wednesday.
Closed every Tuesday except on Public & School Holidays.
Last visit will be at 4pm

Ticket is non refundable and no cancellation after the payment has been made
