-You can call the hotline number +60-320-205-444 (open from 09:00-18:00, Monday-Sunday) to check if the Sky Deck is available prior to your visit.
-There will be no refunds made for vouchers already redeemed or scanned
-If the voucher scanned and suddenly raining or bad weather, please ask a form from the counter and you can revisit again.
