A speedboat transfer will be accommodated, if you are late for departure to the yacht in cruise (with extra surcharge of RM280- up to 8 pax only)
ONLY available for one-hour maximum lateness from cruise departure time

It is incorrect to assume bad weather at cruise site although the weather is extreme at the hotel you reside in, due
to the island’s geographical and wind conditions.
Please check with the team, the conditions will remain as respective refunds or no refunds ( stated in T&C)

The sea has its negative criteria like jellyfish and stingray although very rare. Please be reminded, we will assist you if you get stung by jelly fish or any other incident occurred during the cruise
However, Avante Holidays Sdn Bhd will not be held responsible for incidents or accidents as PASSENGERS AR THEIR OWN WILL AND RISK when entering the water

Special Condition will not be accommodated if NOT informed in advance. NO “SPECIAL CONDITION” food accommodation will be entertained on cruise day.
State clearly these special requests under our Special Request note.

All Terms and Condition apply and remained unchanged based on NSC & MOTAC guidelines.
