• Villa Tirai is a 1-bedroom villa facing the sunrise, with a view of Teluk Baru and glimpses of the sea through the trees. The villa embraces the rainforest and is built around a number of trees which provides much shade to the villa. Villa Tirai is a favourite spot for dusky leaf monkeys and giant hornbills.
• Villa Kuang is a 1-bedroom villa facing the sunrise, with a view of the sea and Teluk Baru. The villa has a large tree which is a favourite spot for dusky leaf monkeys and giant hornbills.
• Villa Malut is a 1-bedroom villa facing the sunrise, with a view of Teluk Baru and views of the sea through the trees. The villa is built around a large tree which provides much shade to the villas. Villa Malut is a favourite spot for dusky leaf monkeys and giant hornbills.\
• Villa Temoyong faces the sunset and is built on a slightly different layout than the other 1-bedroom villas. It is unique in that the bedroom has an attached garden courtyard with a wooden tub. It also has a large tree growing through the bathroom. Temoyong has stunning views of the sea and Pulau Tepor from almost all parts of the villa.
