Prohibitions & Limitations
Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given
Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
Taking videos and photos of the show is strictly prohibited. Any person caught illegally photographing or recording the event will be dealt with by the venue's security

Killer whales are not part of the theme park. The operator will offer opportunities to educate the community and raise awareness about this creature alongside other marine life species
Clothing with offensive language and/or content, or that identifies the wearer as emergency personnel are strictly prohibited
The use of recreational devices such as remote control drones, toys, scooters, inline skates, skateboards, or shoes with built-in wheels is strictly prohibited
Any attempts into any animal enclosure or exhibit and any water body, feeding or attempting to feed the animals or throwing any items at the animals, without the consent of an authorized representative of the venue, is strictly prohibited
The operator and Klook are not responsible for the loss or damage to any personal property. All personal property brought into the venue are the sole responsibility of the participant
