• Ticket is valid on selected date
• Operating Hour: Monday - Wednesday 11.00 am- 09.00 pm (Last session 08.00pm) / Thursday - Sunday 10.00 am - 09.00 pm  (Last session 08.00 pm)
• Limit 12 Pax per session (6 Pax / Lane)
• Late arrival could result in your Wave Session being occupied by another Rider within thin same visit date
• Waiver form must be signed by first time visitors before FlowRider session. Riders that refuse to sign the waiver form will not be permitted to enter the FlowRider.
• Guest is allowed to change the session time on the selected date, base on availability need to inform in advance.
• Riders must be over 107cm (42") to bodyboard and over 133cm (52") to ride standup on the FlowRider®.
• ALL riders must present a government photo identification in order to ride.
• Riders under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian with a valid photo identification present to sign off on their indemnity form.
• Do not participate if you have had any recent surgery or illness,  heart condition or neck, back and bone ailments and if you suffer from high blood pressure or aneurysms
• Dresscode: Appropriate swimwear is recommended.
• Accessibility: For safety purposes, it is not recommended for pregnant women and people with disabilities, to participate in this activity.

Cancellation Policy

• No cancellation
• Once the tickets are scanned, tickets are not refundable and no changes can be allowed
