• The ticket will start to available on 1st June 2024
• Due to hot selling and limited seat, this attraction needs to be booking at least One (1) Month before the travel date.
• The departure time is 9.00 AM (the actual time will be confirmed by KTMB).
• Please gather at the railway station at least 1 hour before the departure time.
• Tickets and detailed itinerary for tour packages, which includes final timings and seat numbers, will be emailed to passengers, approximately 5-7 days prior to the travel.
• Passengers are not allowed to bring their own food and drinks on board.
• Our carriages are Disability User Friendly
• While on the train, it is your responsibility to look after your personal belongings, and you should keep them attended at all times. Each carriage is equipped with luggage rack areas, so ensure that all your luggage is safely stored in these designated spaces.
• Upon reaching your destination, please remember not to leave any personal belongings or valuables on board.

Child Policy

• Adult tickets are for individuals aged 13 - 59 years.
• Senior citizens are the same price as child.
• Child rates apply to children between 2 - 12 years old.
• Free admission applies to children below than 2 years old and must to occupy the same seat as parents/guardian
